Four types of this ink: reversible fading ink, reversible coloration ink, reversible discoloration ink, Irreversible temperature sensitie ink.
Reversible fading temperature sensitive ink
Turning colorless in appearance after being heated and it can restore its original color after being cooled.
Reversible coloration temperature sensitive ink
Colorless in appearance but take on color after being heated and can restore colorless after being cooled. Screen is advised to use 200 item screen printing form.
Reversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink
The color of this ink will change to another color when the temperature is to the specified degrees and will restore original color when the temperature is down.
Irreversible temperature sensitive ink
Irreversible temperature sensitive ink includes coloration ink and discoloration ink. Irreversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows colors after being heated and can’t restore colorless once again after cooling off. The original color of Irreversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink can be changed into another one and it can’t restore its original colors after being cooled once again.
Product features
Bright color, temperature-resistance and solvent resistance, non-toxic and harmless, since it is a instable system, so it’s lightfastness, thermostability and aging-resistance is not so strong.
Particle size
The powder’s granule appears to be round ball, average diameter is 3~10 um, it’s inside is changeable material, particle size is 1~10 um, outer is a insoluble transparentshell, the diameter is 0.2~0.5 um,
Storage
Keep sealed in a dark, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
Thermal stability
The processing temperature should be controlled under 200 centigrade, it resist to high temperature of 230 centigrade in a short period time ( about 10 minutes ) ,the maximum temperature is under 230 centigrade, and minimize the materials’ heating time as much as possible. (High temperature and long time heating will damage the pigment color performance). Color pigments should avoid processing over temperature 75 centigrade.
Light fastness
Should avoid strong irradiation from sunlight and ultraviolet light, it will do good to prolong the working life.
